HYPR ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the HYPR mobile application and website available at https://hypr.training.

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), where applicable.

1. Information We Collect

When you register or use HYPR, we may collect the following personal information:

• Name, email, and password (encrypted)
• Optional: profile photo, date of birth, gender, and username
• Training data: workout programs, standalone workouts, and logged training sessions (including exercises, sets, reps, weight, distance, notes, images, and videos)
• Login method (Apple or Google sign-in)
• Device and usage data (via analytics tools)

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you sign up, enter data into the app, or update your profile. We also use third-party tools (such as Sentry) to collect anonymized usage and error data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Personalize your experience
• Provide features like workout history and statistics
• Send you notifications (if enabled; you can opt out anytime)
• Improve app performance through analytics
• Provide future features powered by AI (if requested by the user)
• Generate anonymous statistics for internal and community use

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored on cloud servers located in geographically distributed data centers. All passwords are encrypted. We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including authentication protocols and limited access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Google, Apple, and Sentry. These providers may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. HYPR is not responsible for how these third parties handle your data.

6. Data Access, Modification, and Deletion

You may edit your personal information at any time within the app. To permanently delete your account and associated data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You may also request a copy of your data by emailing us at hello@hypr.training.

7. International Use

HYPR is managed and operated in Brazil. If you access HYPR from outside Brazil, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Data collected from international users may be transferred to and processed in Brazil or other countries where our servers are located.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
